Nice customers, makes for a fun job
Absolutely worst company to work for. I worked there for 4 years, in the four years instead of getting a yearly raise, i got only two raises. I've always been impressed with how Caribou Coffee cares about it's employees, but I've found it puzzling how hard of a time the company has conveying that sentiment to its employees. I love my job for the customers and learning experience! Only thing thats questionable is our tipping system and how some of our employees bring the tips home, outside of the builing to split.
