What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We make sure that the customers have great service and provide what we can. All together we have knowledge of our coffee and what we do as a team to make sure that the place is where it needs to be

We all have the same goal of helping the customers and making them a quality product.
The coworkers that genuinely care and don't follow nasty behavior patterns like management. These coworkers stand out and shine bright because they udnerstand the assignment and work with you to help get the job done and stay outside of the drama/bullying.
The 3 coworkers i get along with.
Kind and understanding. Everyone seems to be very positive. It is often fast-paced which helps the time go by faster.
The location of Caribou that I am at we have a positive bond with many of our regulars and our coworkers respect our opinions and if they don't we can easily talk it out
The 3-4 employees at my store that are understanding and take the time to help others instead being passive, especially with trainees.
