When hired they threw me to sandwiches. I have not had much training. Now they want me gone. People at 1182 can be rude and not kidding I was talked down too have been talked about because I'm 50. Team members literally said derogatory statements to me. I want someone to train me. PLEASE.

Caribou is a great company that takes care of its employees

I loved my job! The regulars were amazing. The staff we had at the time had worked there on average a few years each, so we were well seasoned. I feel very blessed to have worked there when I did. (2014-2019) Before it went woke.

They came often to check on our store. The manager I had was NOT a people person, but definitely good at the management part.

They're good with the numbers and behind the scenes stuff.

Helping someone who are struggling and doing several things at once while your boss sits in back either on her phone or talking badly about other employees with other coworkers. This is unacceptable and I've never seen a boss have rhis poor of leadership.

Everything, controlling their emotions and not taking personal things out on your staff! Kim Hofmann from1758 told her bad things about me while she trained my boss so she didn’t like me from the start and I believe had an agenda to get rid of

I know i am undervalued. My boss talks poorly about me to other employees when i have worked overtime at the age of 17 and i go to highschool.

New hires starting pay is more than I currently make. Every year, they raise the starting pay, but do not increase the pay for current workers.

By giving raises that matter and not having crooked corrupt general manager ms

We make sure that the customers have great service and provide what we can. All together we have knowledge of our coffee and what we do as a team to make sure that the place is where it needs to be

Very fast and simple to get through

I was interviewed twice, by both the manager and assistant manager. Both were extremely laid back and yet informative.

How kind and friendly everyone was.

Annie was my first manager and was rhe most understanding and kindest person i have ever met. She stepped in abd involved herself and didn't bring outside of work related issues to the table.

Meeting my orginal boss and connecting with her. She was amazing and went over and beyond to help anyone who wss struggling.

When out customers enjoy their beverage and experience and i see them again excited for their cup of coffee.
