I love my job and my coworkers, sometimes the hours can get long and hard but it's worth it in the end.
It started out well. The changes in management made it less appealing. The overall morale declined. The public and customers started noticing the difference. Generally overworked. Leaders push too far and cut costs at the same time. Also, middle mgmt needs a facelift, you can't just rely on those managers to be good, you have to train them, no one is a natural-born middle manager...
