How do I do well in an interview at Celerity?

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Celerity?
My interview experience was short and easy, but the process has changed since then.
What's the Engineering team like at Celerity?
There's a couple small teams (one for python, one for C#), but there's not much interaction between team members as we're all spread out across different client project.
What's the pay like for Engineering roles at Celerity?
It depends on the specific role, but from what I can tell it's slightly below industry average.
How's the leadership on the Engineering team at Celerity?
There's not exactly leadership per se, on the Engineering team. Rather, each project has one or two engineer. Most likely, you'll be working with a just a project manager that lacks any technical aptitude.
What's the vibe like in the Engineering dept at Celerity? How many hours are you working?
Engineers are sometimes asked to work overtime, with promises of future bonuses or vacation. The promises end up being fake, though.
