    Not really. We try and avoid egos and other personality types that might have that issue. I also think our use of retrospectives and one on one coaching helps us avoid passive aggressive behavior.

    First and foremost we are interested in cultural fits, and we try to filter out egos. Then we try and find someone that is a technical fit. Our area has a shortage of technical people. I think this is in part to a growing tech industry in our area.

  • Generally proactive. Although we do have some employees that could be a little bit more proactive. Generally our culture is "Get stuff done, have fun." We try and encourage shared ownership in issues and projects and recognize the value in having decompression time, time to build relationships with your teammates that transcends work projects.
