I have really enjoyed my time at CHS. The pace is hectic and sometimes feels overwhelming but the work I get to do is exciting. It is work that matters and I am energized by that. The company is also growing rapidly which means lots of new faces and changes. To succeed here, you have to be flexible.

I think my salary is competitive and this will be the first time I have a fair target bonus. For a small company, they compensate well and also offer many perks. There are still areas they need to add on but for a company of its size, I like what I get.
