Base salary + bonus + stock options!! Definitely a big bump up to total salary. Love the health benefits too, 96% of premiums covered, I barely pay much for a family plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current job market is ever competitive. I wish there was a chance to discuss my compensation rather than manager just reporting pay adjustment.

Everyone is very supportive. Everyone is always happy. Previous employer had meeting where everyone was always so serious but everyone here is always happy and tries to get to know you on a personal level.
