Supportive work form home culture, unlimited PTO

Everyone is very supportive. Everyone is always happy. Previous employer had meeting where everyone was always so serious but everyone here is always happy and tries to get to know you on a personal level.

It is constantly evolving and improving based on what the employees are most interested in. Leadership and Culture groups take the time to learn what the community is passionate about and bakes that into engagement programs.

I feel like colleagues genuinely take joy in one and others' successes. Praise is common place and we all grow with regular positive reinforcement from leadership.

The company celebrates its people. It's also willing to adjust on the fly. For example, it recently decided to add the day after Thanksgiving as a company-wide holiday to support its employees, many of whom were intending to use PTO hours to take that day off.

Everyone supports each other and is willing to go out of their way to assist one another.
