I love that I get to work directly with a lot of the leadership team and that is not something I was able to do at my pervious company. When I joined Clarify about a year ago it was like a breath of fresh air being able to work with the leadership team and having my voice heard.

The the pay is very fair and also includes a bonus and the medical benefits are comprehensive and very well priced.

I think my salary is competitive and this will be the first time I have a fair target bonus. For a small company, they compensate well and also offer many perks. There are still areas they need to add on but for a company of its size, I like what I get.
