The leadership team is energized. They are "All In" for the priorities before us. We can execute "temporary re-orgs" as required to solve the problems before us. When the "heat is on" to solve a problem, no resource is spared.

The leadership team has a deep understanding of the market and our products, which I think permits good decision-making. In addition, I don't detect any harmful political games amongst the leadership team members.

Mentoring employees to grow in their careers, and to have this growth happen at Clover. Asking employees, "What do you need to do your job better? How can I help?" Caring about employees happiness and satisfaction. Happy employees = retention.

More company-wide communication about how business deals and product decisions are made that determine the how feature priorities are set and changed on a regular basis. Also, hearing leadership's perspective of where we struggle as an organization and how we can improve.

Working with directs to ensure that the directs have goals that relate to Executive's goals and understand the org's priorities. Also, setting up several key metrics to measure these goals on a per-project basis. Having retros to discuss success of projects rather than "was it shipped?" & "bugs?"

The leadership team agrees to unreasonable timelines without consulting the engineers. You can clearly see this for the Ecomm project which anyone who was not in leadership would have told you that Q1 of 2019 was not possible and that adding new hires would not help. Leaders have not heard of rampup

Making concrete and transparent decisions while ensuring to drive the company and it's employees towards that decision. Also, it is not essential but it would be nice for me as an employee to be shown having value in the company.
