The leadership team has a deep understanding of the market and our products, which I think permits good decision-making. In addition, I don't detect any harmful political games amongst the leadership team members.

Working with directs to ensure that the directs have goals that relate to Executive's goals and understand the org's priorities. Also, setting up several key metrics to measure these goals on a per-project basis. Having retros to discuss success of projects rather than "was it shipped?" & "bugs?"

The leadership team agrees to unreasonable timelines without consulting the engineers. You can clearly see this for the Ecomm project which anyone who was not in leadership would have told you that Q1 of 2019 was not possible and that adding new hires would not help. Leaders have not heard of rampup

Making concrete and transparent decisions while ensuring to drive the company and it's employees towards that decision. Also, it is not essential but it would be nice for me as an employee to be shown having value in the company.
