Adaptability to customer situation and looking for ways to provide timely responsive updates on claims. I submitted the required paperwork on 10/5/21 and 8 weeks later the team consistently resets the clock to account for lack of follow-yp and care to show a false positive that customer needs met. Customers need technical assistance and this needs to be an option when calling. To be told "we don't have a technical assistance department" is frustrating!
