The culture at Combined Insurance is incredibly inclusive, fostering a supportive environment where diversity, including the Latin community, is celebrated. It's a place where everyone can thrive and contribute their unique perspectives.

Our office is motivated and know how to motivate others.

I created my own office environment.

I had a specialty 'Niche' type of position which turned out to be both a blessing and a curse. Unable to get proper training. No formalized program available!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They train positive thinking but upper management embrace negative thinking

The company is an old-fashioned company run like a dictatorship and there is little room to challenge or question mandates from top with little room for creativity.

Your clients call at ALL hours of the day and night...I've had client calls me at 4AM, midnight, 6AM; they expect you to move mountains when they buy a $15 policy!
