How's the morale at Combined Insurance?
Low employee morale and engagement. Sales leadership is old-school and top-down management with little or no room to question tired management styles. Arrogant and egotistical sales leadership at top that is irrelevant.
What's the work from home policy like at Combined Insurance?
They are old school and while some is approved in certain cases, it’s generally not allowed.
How are layoffs handled in the Sales department at Combined Insurance?
Typical...all about cost cutting and they sometimes try to push you out to save on the severance. If they can’t push you out, they will offer one week per year plus 4 weeks.
How does Combined Insurance measure success and growth in the Sales department?
Sales...high pressure sales
How does Combined Insurance handle HR issues?
Very political. The reality is that HR is a puppet for Sales and their focus is protecting management from themselves, not protecting employees.
How flexible is your work schedule at Combined Insurance?
very flexible...it's commission only.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Combined Insurance asks?
About your goals.
How helpful was your Sales team when you were first hired at Combined Insurance?
not very helpful. Sales School is good and after that you hit the field and that's when things fall apart. Stay away from this company. Look at Glassdoor and you'll hear people's experiences.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at Combined Insurance?
Terrible. Most unprofessional C-level management, especially the sales leader. It's a dictatorship of people with big egos who care about themselves and don't care about people. Poor leadership to say the least.
