No one will tell me how CPH, Calls Per Hour is calculated. One would think it's calculated as stated: calls/hour. It's not. I've asked My supervisor and she would not give me a definitive answer. I emailed HR and they told me to ask my supervisor. Today I finally called the ethics reporting hotline
