Management has good intentions but they don't listen to employees.

They overwhelm custoner service. I hate this
Listen to employees and quit their attitude
What is the best part about your compensation package?
yearly bonus is good and the health benefits are decent
Paid health insurance with a walking app.
Good benefits bit stress is insane

They're pretty informed and self sufficient.

hard working but only taught the very basics
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be treated like humans ny management
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at home so don't have to be in that environment
company invests in their people - lots of fun at times - the culture in the Training group is top notch
the job is very easy and you really just need to be effective and fast
