CC has great benefits when it comes to health insurance but be prepared to take a pay cut, along with minimal pay increase when moving up as a CSR. Pay raises are also not provided unless moving up. PTO accrued slow and is forcibly used for any minor time discrepancy. Minute late? PTO used.
