I really appreciate their genuine care for the course hero team and willingness to jump in and be hands on to support with whatever is needed. Unlike most leadership teams, the Course Hero leadership team is truly integrated with the rest of the company.

We are a company serving students, but as employees, are far from experiencing the pain points and motivations of our target audience. The leadership team can do a better job of acknowledging their gaps when it comes to understanding our students and having a clear plan towards filling those gaps.

There is also a total lack of action by the leadership team to hold people accountable and ensure that they are actually managing their teams appropriately. There is also a lack of transparency on reviews and promotions. The career matrix is outdated for several teams and has not changed in *years.*

Have a true remote policy, not virtual first. they are okay with people leaving the company, and are not concerned with retaining talent. it seems as if they want people back in the office but not willing to force them so they don't look like the bad guy. Did not meet the moment.
