What does the leadership team need to get better at?

We need to laser focus on what makes an impact on our users and business. We try many things, but some of them need clarification as to why we think it would make an impact.

We are a company serving students, but as employees, are far from experiencing the pain points and motivations of our target audience. The leadership team can do a better job of acknowledging their gaps when it comes to understanding our students and having a clear plan towards filling those gaps.

Have a true remote policy, not virtual first. they are okay with people leaving the company, and are not concerned with retaining talent. it seems as if they want people back in the office but not willing to force them so they don't look like the bad guy. Did not meet the moment.
