Diverse skillset across the team allowing each one to learn from others and grow. Constantly thrives to improve processes, communication and support other teams as necessary. Managers knows individual strengths and pair project/peers accordingly. The overall synergy of the team is very motivating.

The process is very lean, but allows us to determine how well the candidate fits in technically, culturally and how they'd work with others on the team. The post interview de-brief allows each interviewer to present a case that helps better determine fit.
