Really owns every request I put in and shows genuine concern over me. I feel like my managers are there with me, especially the executive team.

Great leadership. They're very transparent about the company and where it's going. Even if all hands meetings make it less comfortable to talk to the leadership team, they're more than happy to meet with any employee one on one for a more private discussion

There is no elitist attitude in this office despite the impressive backgrounds of many of them. As an entry level employee, I have had one-on-one conversations with the CEO and other executives. It is a very positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes overall success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving raises and listening to their employees. They need to get funding to improve finances and order healthy food and snacks instead of junk food for the employees. It slows down productivity.
