What makes you most happy at work? The challenges of the work itself are complex and interesting
What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparent, inclusive, gets involved in helping on all aspects of the company
What are some of the best things about your team? The company is filled with really good, sincere people. They are the kind of people you'd happily spend time with outside of work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Giving raises and listening to their employees. They need to get funding to improve finances and order healthy food and snacks instead of junk food for the employees. It slows down productivity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My raise has been based on the company's performance instead of my performance.
