What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving raises and listening to their employees. They need to get funding to improve finances and order healthy food and snacks instead of junk food for the employees. It slows down productivity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My raise has been based on the company's performance instead of my performance.
I feel like others with my job title are paid more at other companies in the industry
It would always be nice to be paid more.
