There were multiple people who interviewed me, but instead of being a panel, there were multiple one-on-one interviews. This really helped me feel comfortable and able to present myself well without the intimidation of multiple people questioning me at once.

People were friendly and interested in my overall capabilities rather then specificness of my experience. I felt I was given a chance even though my background was not in gaming or advertising

The SID interview was very helpful and long. But's it's been a while since I interviewed. The company is a whole lot different than what it was before, and the interview process has for sure changed over time.

Interviewing with the team I would be working with. I had a good sense of the challenges and opportunities for improvement.

You meet with a number of people from the team during the interview process.

The process is very lean, but allows us to determine how well the candidate fits in technically, culturally and how they'd work with others on the team. The post interview de-brief allows each interviewer to present a case that helps better determine fit.
