Really owns every request I put in and shows genuine concern over me. I feel like my managers are there with me, especially the executive team.
They are fun to be around, I feel like I can be honest with them and have open conversations. They are very transparent about goals, attainments and where they see the company.
Giving raises and listening to their employees. They need to get funding to improve finances and order healthy food and snacks instead of junk food for the employees. It slows down productivity.

The company is very flat and growing quickly. The culture is very fun and relaxed - everyone is friendly and collaborative. There are weekly catered lunches and plenty of office snacks.
