Everyone has a great sense of humor and loves to be around each other... we hang out outside of work, I think that says a lot.

My team trusts me, and I trust my team. It is nice to come to work and know that I am wanted and needed on my team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they asked an array of different questions you didn't hear at other companies. They pick your brain, really try to get the most genuine answers from you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fun to be around, I feel like I can be honest with them and have open conversations. They are very transparent about goals, attainments and where they see the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the open space layout of the office, and how comfortable it is to be here. I don't feel like I am walking into "work", it feels like a big living room
