Primarily it's qualitative nature and focus on real job and life questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I choose to work here to optimize for opportunity. I get to learn technologies and build a product I know will get used immediately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that I get helpful feedback on what I can do to improve my quality of work and ample opportunity to create new products for us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that they discuss their short and long term compensation plans with you during evaluations. I feel like I know where they stand and where they want to be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's small and focused on a very particular set of sub-tasks. I like that there are people to work on issues that are well outside my scope and I know I won't be called in to work on something that I can't quickly aid on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This leadership team is honest and makes changes quickly. Whenever I've felt like there's someone not pulling their weight, they move to address the situation. I'm hopeful that the project continues to grow, but I agree with all personnel changes we've made to allow for that.
