My raise has been based on the company's performance instead of my performance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care for you and your career and they listen to you like family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving raises and listening to their employees. They need to get funding to improve finances and order healthy food and snacks instead of junk food for the employees. It slows down productivity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly environment and a cool startup culture! Way better than the corporations I've worked with. It's comfortable to come to work and still feel like home, you feel welcome, and you feel wanted!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The SID interview was very helpful and long. But's it's been a while since I interviewed. The company is a whole lot different than what it was before, and the interview process has for sure changed over time.
