Really owns every request I put in and shows genuine concern over me. I feel like my managers are there with me, especially the executive team.
They are fun to be around, I feel like I can be honest with them and have open conversations. They are very transparent about goals, attainments and where they see the company.

Everyone has a great sense of humor and loves to be around each other... we hang out outside of work, I think that says a lot.
Everyone is friendly, but not in a fake way. People genuinely care about your life outside of work and make an effort to be a part of it!
