They are fun to be around, I feel like I can be honest with them and have open conversations. They are very transparent about goals, attainments and where they see the company.

There is no elitist attitude in this office despite the impressive backgrounds of many of them. As an entry level employee, I have had one-on-one conversations with the CEO and other executives. It is a very positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes overall success.

The leadership team is very approachable and treats everyone in the office with respect. They make sure that everyone is challenged, but they listen when an employee is being overworked or needs a break.

The leadership team is extremely transparent and open to feedback and suggestions. More so than that they are willing to take the time to listen and guide you to the next steps for any issue.

Great leadership. They're very transparent about the company and where it's going. Even if all hands meetings make it less comfortable to talk to the leadership team, they're more than happy to meet with any employee one on one for a more private discussion

Giving raises and listening to their employees. They need to get funding to improve finances and order healthy food and snacks instead of junk food for the employees. It slows down productivity.
