Equitable pay, more lgbtqia employees at hq, more diversity at hq, more women in leadership positions at hq, more women of color at hq. And feeling like the CEO really cares about somwonw other than himself. A new product leader.

There’s no pay equity within the company. The CEO, Russ Perry, is greedy and thinks we don’t know. He only cares about his pockets, his friends, and product.
