The leadership team has a clear purpose: to set the vision for the team, provide the training and tools needed so the team can execute on the vision, AND they work to eliminate any barriers that could cause an employee to not perform at their best.
They trust their employees to do what's right, they give us space and encouragement to grow, and they never let us forget to take care of and be with our families.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Don't have a voice. All they do is follow the CEO even some decision are unethical
Truly caring about people and not faking it. Its all about lining the CEO's pockets at this point.
Caring about the culture. They have no women on the leadership team. They have no real diversity in HQ, and it’s clear they don’t cate about it. The CEO blasts rap music, but about creating a diverse and equitable environment. They stopped all DEI efforts.
