We believe these are the assets that are critical to our success as an organization.  DHI incorporates diversity training, inclusive hiring practices, volunteering in marginalized communities and employee resource groups, called Team Member Impact Groups. We offer a variety of Team Member Impact Groups including Pride: LGBTQIA , Allyship, Women at DHI and BIPOC.
