I like how much experience the team has in the space. It seems like every leader brings a different view to the table and I've never been a part of a company where every leader is making an impact.

Transparency, honesty and holding people accountable.
no clear direction of how the business is heading, the upper management is very concern about keeping things lean and costs low. company works in a 1970s manner, where things progress really slowly - totally not a tech first company at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First, the salaries are bad, the treatment is worse, and there are no allowances such as health insurance, a retirement guarantee, any annual increases, any paid holidays, vacation allowance, or anything else. Just a salary that is not enough for a week, not even a meal.

There are too many layers of management, dev managers that don't have technical experience and those who attend all the committee meetings while deleting their work to their direct reports.

Everyone is positive and is always looking out for eachother

I work from home, so I enjoy the benefits of working from home, but also having the option to go into the local office and meeting with other members on Teams regularly.

Meeting several key management members during my initial interview.
I liked how open and honest everyone was during the interview process and no one was pushing me one way or the other to join the company. They really made it my choice and presented all the benefits in a way that allowed me to make the right decision for me.

Being able to do my work on my time and not too many meetings

I like the ability to make a lot of money and have the flexibility to take time when I need it.
The flexibility my manager gives me to run an errand during the day and trusts that I am an adult that will get my work done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invested too heavily in Dice product. The Dice brand is not profitable whatsoever.
