Mr. Durney served as Treasurer of DHI Group, Inc. since July 2000 and its Senior Vice President of Finance until March 14, 2013. He served as a Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of IAC/InterActiveCorp. (formerly, USA Networks, Inc. (formerly, HSN, Inc.)) from March 1998 to May 2000; Chief Financial Officer of Newport Media, Inc. from 1996 to 1998; Executive Vice President of Finance of Hallmark Entertainment, Inc. from 1994 to 1996; and Vice President, Controller of Univision Television Group from 1989 to 1994. He started his finance career at the accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company. He started his finance career at the accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company in 1983. He has been a Director of DHI Group, Inc. since September 30, 2013. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the Technology Association of Iowa.
