I would not recommend working for DXP Enterprises at the Freeport, Texas location. Poor management, poor training, no training, not given proper resources to succeed. This specific location is a horrible place to work at due to many factors but lack of employee success tools and resources.

Poor management. Lack of or total abscence of proper training and success factors. There is no one teaching you the software, you are told what to do and expected to be able to efficiently perform those tasks without any prior experience of doing so.

The interviews with my former supervisor were great. That is what is sad and unfortunate. I looked forward to work for this company. I did my research on the company and I started out very excited. I turned down a higher paying position as an HR Generalist to go with DXP. Dissapointing..
