With the real cost of living in Reno rising so steeply, anything under $20/hr is just not enough. When most of the Executive team is making $300K+, it frankly just feels greasy to have such a large gap.

Corporate rigidity, poor communication and greed are eating away at this company. HR makes it very clear that they are there to protect the company, not the employees. I do believe that it's possible for us to do what is RIGHT, while also turning a profit. I hope we can get there some day.
