Searching for a culture. There are no core values that Everton lives by there. Effectively one is part of the "in" clique or not. Avoid.
I think the first reviewer has the wrong company: this is Elemental LED, not Everton.
It's a special culture. Not only are comp. and benefits very good, but management really values employees, and cares about our well-being.
What do people at Elemental LED think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
CEO is well-liked and makes a point of walking around and chatting with employees.
Randy is a very personable leader. He's positive and has acted as mentor to many rising leaders in the company.
The people there have a positive opinion as anyone who did not has been ousted.
