Leadership is very approachable and collaborative.
The leadership team is AMAZING. There are limitless advancement opportunities. You work with some very cool people and the leadership cares about your development. You may get coaching but you never get battered or belittled.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
None of the executives are leaders.
Preemptively reaching out to employees to assess their fit and happiness in their current role, and helping them create a plan for career growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company has increased the employer contributions toward the employees benefits every single year. The plans that are being offered to us are affordable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the real cost of living in Reno rising so steeply, anything under $20/hr is just not enough. When most of the Executive team is making $300K+, it frankly just feels greasy to have such a large gap.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In general most of the peolle are kind and caring
Common goals, common understanding of importance of individuals
Voices are listened to from all levels.
They are easy to work with and are like family.
The mix of personalities is a true mix of ideas. Challenging questions and ideas are welcome.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is not very good. The CEO is very hard to take.
Individual worth is universally recognized
Its a space friendly to creative solutions.
Employees are asked to contribute their ideas and input and management cares about employee's happiness.
There's a good culture here that is welcoming to traditional and alternative thinkers.

I am surrounded by well intentioned people that can be depended on.
Problem-solving using focus and collaboration.
Coworkers live in a culture of dependability and meeting challenges.
I love what I do. I have a clear vision of what I need to do. I have a strong mentor who gives me good constructive feedback. I always go to work striving to be better every day.
Feels like a family business
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs a new and different exec team.
Corporate rigidity, poor communication and greed are eating away at this company. HR makes it very clear that they are there to protect the company, not the employees. I do believe that it's possible for us to do what is RIGHT, while also turning a profit. I hope we can get there some day.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
100% transparency all the way to the highest levels, and honest communication. This company may have once offered competitive salaries and a beautiful culture, but it is disappearing faster than people who disagree with Randy.
