Company has strong purpose and values, great communication but is a large company with many initiatives that can cause some people to feel overwhelmed. Leadership is very attentive to employee feedback and makes good changes. Most complaints you would find at any large company.

Salary is fair, bonus is a bit below par but it European culture driven, healthcare costs are excellent, we also get a 401k match that is generous and every year a dump of about 5% of salary additional into our 401k.
