What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openes for change and diversity
Transparency and willingness to listen to opinions
Leadership listens to feedback and can make constructive changes. Also, leaders can be very purpose driven and motivating.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding the indistry and living the culture.
Being fair across the board. Too much favoritism. HR needs to be more humane and resourceful. HR is a wall between management and work force rather than a bridge
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Retirement, pay and the amount of vacation.
Base Salary vs life balance
Salary is fair, bonus is a bit below par but it European culture driven, healthcare costs are excellent, we also get a 401k match that is generous and every year a dump of about 5% of salary additional into our 401k.
The salary is fair. The bonis structure is always incorrect as the numbers are consistently wrong. It is as if they are adjistong them so they do not jave tp pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our site has met goals only to have bar raised and compensation lowered. A union would help as HR has said we can do what we want because you do not have a union
What are some of the best things about your team?
There willingness to help and support. Wouldn't say teams tho. Only a few coworkers will go above and beyond. Most are there to collect a check. Not a team environment.

Be yourself everyone has a talent
Open communication is usually acceptable
Work / Life balance is excellent compared to other companies.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Live and breathe the global culture.
Management needs to see labors worth recognize us give credit by and compensation

Making it through the process. I was very nervous.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be focus on exosto g customers.
At the risk of repeating myself. Management has to change ALL labor needs to be treated equally recognized and compensated
