The industry is running away compensation-wise. Were that not the case, I wouldn't feel undervalued. But it's hard not to think about it when I could make 50k more somewhere else.

To receive at least one wage increase since 2019. To be in the median salary range for my position. To have others in the company be in the median salary range for their positions.

I have moved to a new roll onto the a team where I can be of more value which is great! However, with that move I am now paid less with more responsibility. I believe based on my research of comparable positions at various companies and the cost of living in California I am underpaid.
