San Diego is perhaps the world's best place for work/life balance. Things are moving fast and there is much to do, but we're in paradise, so it's hard to complain about working hard when every day is perfect. The company has a gym on site, showers with towel service and an on site restaurant, and it's a stones throw to the beach for a run or to trails.
