the people are great, fun and smart, but it's more important to be a self-initiator with team in different offices around the world, and coming from differnet companies - i have noticed that people need to reach out more proactively to connect with team members and communicate to be successful here

The most positive thing about the work environment is the way that coworkers interact. Coworkers are positive and supportive of me doing my best work. My coworkers are also very good at working as a team, helping each other out, and sharing tasks to allow people to work to their strengths.

I am new to EDC. The team I am on has a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and healthy debate. EDC culture doesn't seem to be that way. This is the first company I have worked for where the executive team regularly makes vague threats to everyone during all-staff meetings. It's disheartening

I like that it is multicultural. We have people who speak multiple languages, are coming from different regions of the world and with interesting work and life experiences.

There is great team spirit and everyone knows they can ask for assitance when they need it. Managers are open and easy to approach with any concerns or issues.

We have pockets of folks who are super talented and dedicated who are a joy to work with. Leadership is open to letting these folks contribute to the max (ie, not supress them)

I realized after this meeting that we all are the type of people that always want to go for more and as a team, always as a team. Is really amazing to see 110 people around the world, with different cultures and languages, ready to kick things off. love it haha! great work culture
