We have unlimited vacation which is a huge plus. We also have 401K, FSA, and all major health benefits which has been amazing.

The best part about our compensation package is the coverage we get. We're covered for dental, eye, and health insurance. We also get access to an FSA. Beyond that compensation, we get bonuses depending on how well the company performed as a whole.
