The Leadership at Fueled is empathetic and happy to lend a supportive hand to team members. The organisation in itself is very transparent, and, the leadership team very approachable!

Your voice is valued and heard! The management takes a genuine interest in the teams well being.

Being able to work with a worldwide team that is periodically integrated to make us more effective as a distributed team. Lots of social opportunities with people of like-minded interests both informal and formal!

I think we have a great culture in that we are all very connected even though we have offices around the globe. We're also very open with each other and there's a great level of openness and humour mixed with professionalism.

The whole vibe of the office is positive. We have TT setup to relieve the stress. We celebrate every festival together. Have team parties every month.

It was quite informal but still professional, having face-to-face Google Hangouts with the key members in the process was also a great way of getting to know the company and asking questions.

I got a real life app development as test instead of just asking some weird competitive programming question. This way they get to know my coding style, thinking and knowledge.
