I love that we get the team together after office hours beyond the "holiday" events. Fueled takes company culture super seriously and are actively planning fun extracurriculars to get everyone involved and to grow relationships between one another.

a commitment to the customer and variety
The office perks are honestly great, we get your standard start-up package of cold brew on tap, snacks, seltzer machine, etc. However, the company also tries hard to set up events that will bring the team closer together inside and outside of work.

The company constantly recognizes team members for achievements big and small, and even provides an effective platform for giving shout outs on a job well done - able to be utilized by anyone, which helps to increase morale.

The office fosters one of the coolest company cultures I have ever experienced. There is free snacks, espresso, bi-weekly catered lunches, and not to mention open bar happy hours IN THE OFFICE. Fueled's People Operations Team really greats an environment where people want to work.
