I believe it is down to constantly overachieving in your current role. By weather showing leadership qualities or by producing great work from project to project. Being trustworthy.

Working on reverse projects each calendar month. You never know what's going to come through the doors.

What's the vibe like in the Design dept at Fueled? How many hours are you working?
Vibe is good, we have a good mix of people now and everyone gets on. My concern would be the amount of people wanting to leave the London office for what ever reason, to whether move home or work remotely on a number of days. I work approx 40 hrs in the office, and catch up on a few things at home over Slack etc.

When I started there were just 2 native British coworkers. The other 13 coworkers are from other countries. The Netherlands, Russia, France, Switzerland and Italy.

When I started at Fueled I found out directly that they know what they are doing and are really good at it.

It's great. Management is very flexible with time off, so long as it's submitted well ahead of time and planned properly against other team member's time off. More importantly they're really flexible as it relates to things that come up and require short-notice time out of the office.

They are always very supportive and helpful.

40+ hours a week, but expected to be on call for items when necessary

How long do the interviews usually take at Fueled?
In the first round, the interviews usually take 20-30 minutes, and in later rounds, the interviews are typically one hour long.
How's the work pace at Fueled?
Hectic at times, there's not a lot of time to sit and ponder, to feel like you can explore and make mistakes. To an extent you do a bit of this, but there's no time to test and fail and rethink and test again. If the team feel it is good, we move forward.
How secure do you feel at your job at Fueled?
I feel fairly secure. I would never say I feel safe enough to be complacent, which in turn I feel is a good thing. You're kept on your toes. I don't work about my job security.
How's the work life balance at Fueled?
It's ok. The only thing I would mention is because of Slack on your phone, you don't feel like you're fully away from work. Although notifications can be turned off, you always check and if you've been mentioned on a post/message it can effect your evening.
How's the leadership on the Design team at Fueled?
I personally think we have a number of designers that can others can learn from and who have a different level of experience.
What's the pay like for Design roles at Fueled?
I feel the pay for a role in design at Fueled is fair. From what I have seen from jobs posted on numerous sites, our pay is on par if not slightly better with the perks thrown in.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Fueled?
