I have owned my own small call center in the past and find that Gensales is very efficient, organized, it was a challenge at first for me but working for them I see the advantage of really honing things in. Great company over all, personal and caring.

Average, typical micromanaged appointment setter job. Hear about everything you do wrong, never when you do well. Overall it's just a paycheck.

Hourly pay should be higher. Bonuses are good but can fluctuate based on campaign so i wish the hourly was a higher rate.
