GenSales Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I know what I get and they always deliver what they say they will.

Review from Marketing Dept

The hourly pay is in line with every one else and the bonuses on the appointments are especially nice.

Review from Marketing Dept

I Appreciate a Work/Life Balance

That I have the power over my own schedule.

Review from Business Development Dept

Hourly rate is guaranteed so that is good.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel that I am in control of my paycheck. The more appointments I set the better the bonus.

Review from Marketing Dept

We are not given a benefits package because we are a 1099 independent contractor.

Review from Business Development Dept

the bonuses and the pay

I'm new and don't really know the perks yet.

Review from Sales Dept

Like the salary plus commission

Review from Marketing Dept

Flexibility while being able to earn more

there is not really a compensation package - 1099 employee

Review from Sales Dept

Flexible Income - Bonuses

Review from Sales Dept

The bonuses for appointments set

Review from Marketing Dept

I love the bonus structure and really the only thing I would change is that maybe increase in hourly rates after a couple of years for those who are staying on and doing a great job.

Non-Existent or I do not know much about

Review from Business Development Dept

Offers great Opportunity for Flexibility

Review from Sales Dept

I was recently promoted, so I was included in the talks of what would make a great benefit package. It was very fair with what I asked and what was in the package, so I am super happy with how things are going!

Review from Sales Dept

The 401K match and cash account

Flexibility to work from home, 401k with 3% matching, generous, PTO, 50% company paid health plan, Cash Bonus Plan (available after you work at the company three years), opportunity for growth, good work-life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hourly pay should be higher. Bonuses are good but can fluctuate based on campaign so i wish the hourly was a higher rate.

Low pay, no contests, no bonuses to work towards.

Review from Business Development Dept

I should be making more than I do.
